Mark has been the speaker at Best8Days 5 times in the past
eight years. He's crazy about the Rocky Mountains which is
why God must have a sense of humor to take him and his family
from a ministry in the flatlands of Indiana, to the lowcountry of
South Carolina, and then back to Indiana! He and his wife
Gail have been in ministry together for ... well, for a long time! 
After planting a church in SC, they moved back to the midwest
to help an existing church expand its ministry and relocate to
a new site. The Ridge is an innovative, exciting church that's
passionate about reaching people far from God. It's definitely
a church for people who don't like church!

When Mark isn't working or hanging out with his family and
friends, you can pretty well bet you'll find him with a camera in
his hands. He's had several articles, photographs, and two books
published, and has led seminars on preaching and leadership.
We are blessed to have Mark lead us this year once again!
